Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
3. Return Process: Once your return request is approved, the product will be inspected upon receipt, and your return will be processed. The completion of the return may take 7-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product is faulty or defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
5. Refund: After your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
